What positive words best describe your personality?
I’ve been asked recently by my business mentor what three words best describes my personality.
This was difficult to decide just 3 words, but mine are:
‘Friendly’, always try to smile, put people at ease and help others.
‘Caring’ - always there for my friends who are needing advice, someone to chat to, but also have a great understanding of my client’s pain points, challenges and try to help them come up with a solution.
‘Quietly confident’ - Was always a shy girl, wouldn’t say boo to a goose, lol. Over the years through working, training courses and meeting people, my confidence has grown. I’m still a little quiet, but an inner confidence shines through, a determination to overcome my shyness and achieve my goals. Look at me know, doing lives on social media and running my own business.
Am I bad? Lol. I know this isn’t just 3 words, but I’ve just had to add these:
‘Inspiring’ - I like to think that I inspire people in careers, health and following their passions like I have.
‘Motivation’ - To help create solutions and motivate others to achieve their goals.
The words are very similar to my own brand values for Springer Loaded Creative and Branding Photography by Melody. Providing a friendly, personalised service that inspires female entrepreneurs to achieve their goals, motivate them to tell their story and create a brand identity, image and personality of their own.
If you are shy or lack confidence, don’t worry you aren’t alone. Myself and your ideal client will resonate with you and understand your challenges. It isn’t a weakness, we can work through this to give you the confidence to tell your story, deliver your brand message and make your brand smile. Having a professional brand identity, a consistent design and allowing yourself to show up in your marketing occasionally will really boost your confidence, make your ideal client’s warm to you and know, like and trust you and your brand.
