Wild Flora

BRAND DESIGN + PACKAGING

Monk’s Wood Manor Hotel was a quintessential Cotswold house, set it in beautiful countryside. From the outside, it’s architecture reflected the local storybook Cotswolds charm, it’s interiors were designed with understated elegance and modern country chic. Luxurious roll top baths, natural linens, pressed flower artwork from JamJar on the walls.

The hotel wanted to launch their own home fragrances range including candles, diffusers and fragrance mists. To be placed in each of the rooms and sold in their hotel shop. They imagined the range would be inspired by the wild flowers and herbs grown around the hotel. Bringing the outside in. The home fragrance branding needed to reflect the hotel’s own brand.

After creating brand clarity on what Monk’s Wood Manor’s brief suggested, I knew the brand values were nature inspired, modern country chic style and a had a refined elegance and timeless feel.

The brand identity was elegant and understated. I created beautiful hand drawn illustrations of the flowers that would complement the products and could be used in their package and marketing. I created a new name especially for the home fragrances, Wild Flora and my vision came alive.
